April 30-May 3, 2026

The world of recovery wasn’t built for women.

For decades, addiction recovery has been built by men, for men — modelled on discipline, abstinence, and control.

And while those systems have saved lives, they were never designed for our kind of hunger.

Women crave differently. We feed our unmet needs differently. And so, we must heal differently.

WHAT IF this 4‑day Experiment…is the quiet breakthrough you’ve been praying for?

We begin April 30 – May 3, 2026.
But if you find us midway through — come anyway.
Spirit runs on divine timing, not deadlines.

For 40 years, I struggled with addiction- to food, caffeine, perfection, and control…and for most of that time, I thought my problem was discipline.

It wasn’t. It was disconnection.

I taught the science of nutrition while secretly starving myself, binging and purging, or popping pills in the staff room between clients. On the outside, I was a successful fitness coach and mindfulness teacher — but inside, I was trapped in the very cycle that I was trying to help others escape. And still I knew, none of us were going to escape it-not because we were broken, but because the system was.

This is what has kept me up at night…every single night for the last decade. I realized that I needed to go through the experiment for myself, before bringing anyone else in. And now I can say with certainty- It is TIME.

The Invitation

The Holy Craving Experiment is NOT about getting rid of the craving…it’s about listening to it.

This 4‑day online journey will help women understand the roots of craving, addiction, and over‑giving. We cannot heal what we do not understand. Using a method designed by women, for women, you’ll move through six practical pillars to uncover what you’re truly hungry for, find steadiness in your body, and reconnect with your own wisdom. Expect clarity, relief, and a new kind of freedom — one built on self‑trust instead of control.

4 Days. 4 women. $44

(for now)

The final price of the program will be $440 when we’re done.

WOMEN CRAVE DIFFERENTLY. IT’S TIME WE HEAL DIFFERENTLY.

For too long, healing has been written in the language of control.
You don’t need to “fix” yourself; you need to remember your rhythm.

The Holy Craving is not about tightening your grip — it’s about trusting your intuition.
Not about rules — about reverence.
Not about discipline — about devotion.

This is an experiment in feminine sovereignty — a live gathering where we test what’s possible when women are free to explore their cravings- not fight against them.

The Holy Craving Experiment

4 days · 4 women · A revolution in recovery

This is an honest conversation about healing — for real women with real cravings.
No perfection. No quick fixes. Just deep understanding and practical tools that bring you back to feeling like yourself again.

Across four days, you’ll learn the Holy Craving Method, a way of working with dependency that honours your mind, your body, and your spirit.

Together we’ll explore six simple but powerful pillars:

  • The Energy Audit — notice where your energy leaks out and how to hold it steady.

  • The Sacred Pause — find the space between the urge and the action.

  • The Altar of the Ordinary — bring presence to the smallest, most overlooked moments.

  • The Micro‑Yes — rebuild trust with yourself through small, doable promises.

  • The Holy Pretend — step into the version of you that already feels free.

  • The Real Hunger — discover what you’re truly needing beneath the craving.

This is for women who are tired of numbing, striving, or trying to “be good.”
It’s for the ones who want to feel grounded, at peace, and in charge of their own lives again.

What They’re Saying…

While this experiment may be “new,” Mandy has been facilitating this work for over two decades through her programs, trainings and now- through her Holy Craving Substack writings.

The Holy Craving Experiment

Day 1: April 30

Reclamation: Plugging the Leaks & Finding the Center

  • This first gathering isn’t a lecture — it’s an opening ceremony.
A moment to slow down, breathe, and step together into a completely new way of understanding what dependency and addiction really mean for women.

In this session, we’ll let go of the old story — the one built on shame, control, and willpower — and open to a model that honors intuition, emotion, and the wisdom of the body.

You’ll be introduced to the foundations of The Holy Craving Method, beginning to see your patterns not as failures, but as messages guiding you toward the freedom you’ve been craving.

This is our launch point — a collective exhale as we set sail in a new direction, toward a version of healing that’s fully yours: honest, embodied, and finally possible.

  • The old model of recovery was built on willpower and abstinence — on tightening your grip when everything feels like it’s slipping.
But for women, that model rarely works. Not because we don’t try hard enough, but because we’re already running on empty.
Exhaustion isn’t weakness. It’s a sign you’re leaking life force.

Day One of The Holy Craving Experiment is where we begin to repair that leak.

We’ll move from the frantic rush of survival into a grounded, neutral power — the kind that comes from replenishment, not force.
You’ll learn to see exactly where your energy has been draining and how to reclaim it, breath by breath.

Before you can set sail, you have to repair the leak in the boat.
This is the day you stop trying harder — and start feeling supported again.

    About Jillian:

Jillian Schecher is a Joy Leadership Educator, Coach,  Speaker and founder of The Academy of Joyful Living.

Her work is rooted in the belief that how we feel is the foundation for everything we create and that we are meant to serve from overflow, not depletion.

With over a decade on her sober path, Jillian brings a deeply lived understanding of what it means to choose presence over numbing, and truth over avoidance.

She teaches that Joy is not a bypass, it’s the result of moving through discomfort, pain, grief, and shame, and choosing yourself on the other side, again and again.

As the lead facilitator of The Joy Sessions and creator of the Joy Facilitator Certification Program, Jillian not only guides transformation, she mentors others to lead it. Her work supports individuals, leaders, and facilitators in embodying Joy, honouring their energy, and creating meaningful, aligned impact in their work, lives, families and communities.

  • There's a moment most of us skip right over.

It lives between the impulse and the action—between "I want" and "I did." It's brief. It's quiet. And it holds more power than we've been led to believe.

In The Sacred Pause, we slow down enough to meet that moment. We practice resting in the Neutral Space, where the craving can exist without controlling what happens next. Where you get to choose rather than react.

Sixty seconds. That's all it takes to prove something radical to yourself: the craving doesn't own you. You're the one holding the breath.

The Holy Craving Experiment

Day 2: May 1

PRESENCE & MOMENTUM — The Altar of the Ordinary

  • What if the miracle isn't coming? What if it's already here—and you've been moving too fast to feel it?

But let's be honest. Slowing down isn't always peaceful. Sometimes when we stop running, the very thing we've been running from catches up. The feelings we've been outpacing finally arrive. And presence can feel less like relief and more like ambush.

This is where The Altar of the Ordinary becomes refuge.

Because when we sit here—really sit—we start to notice something. The danger isn't actually present. Just the feelings we have about it. The fear, the dread, the old familiar ache. And yes, those feelings are real. But they are not the only feelings. These fears are not the only possibilities.

Somewhere in the flow of this moment, simple joys are also floating past. The warmth of a cup in your hands. Sunlight landing on skin. A breath that asks nothing of you.

The Altar of the Ordinary is where we practice The Savor—not as a bypass, but as a reclamation. We bring the soul back into the room. We shift from the frequency of lack to the frequency of presence. And we stop missing the small miracles we've been too afraid, too busy, or too numb to receive.

Your life is already enough. You're just not fully in it yet.

This is your invitation to arrive.

  • You've tried to change everything at once. The whole life overhaul, the clean slate, the new you—starting Monday.

And when it didn't stick, you called yourself the problem.

But here's the truth: a giant "No" is terrifying. It asks too much too fast from a nervous system already spent.

    A tiny "Yes," though? That's a revolution.

The Micro-Win is about picking one small, holy act of alignment today. One glass of water. One early bedtime. One moment where you choose yourself—not to prove anything, just to show your own brain that you are safe. That you are reliable. That you won't abandon yourself again.

This is how we move from chaos to momentum. Not through force. Through trust—built one tiny kept promise at a time.

Transformation doesn't demand a dramatic leap. It asks for a single step you're actually willing to take.

The Holy Craving Experiment

Day 3: May 2

THE HOMECOMING: FINDING ALIGNMENT, EXPRESSION & ACTUALIZATION

  • This is where we stop pretending to struggle and begin living the freedom that’s already within us.

Through The Holy Pretend, you’ll collapse the timeline between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming — stepping fully into the woman who no longer waits for permission to feel free.

As one of the foundational practices of The Holy Craving, we’ll explore what it means to find your voice again — to speak, sing, and express the truth you’ve been holding inside.

Guided by Brooke Taylor, professional musician and longtime student of her own mental‑health journey, you’ll move through a powerful exercise designed to reconnect you to your voice, your vision, and the sisterhood that will reflect it back to you.

We end our time together not with striving, but with sound — a collective reminder that when a woman tunes in to her own voice, she doesn’t just heal herself; she calls every other woman home.

  • You think you want the thing. The sugar, the scroll, the wine, the distraction.

But that's not actually what you're hungry for.

The habit is just a stand-in—a quick, cheap substitute for something your soul has been starving for. Rest. Power. Adventure. To be seen. To feel free. To finally exhale.

The Real Hunger is where we stop swapping one crutch for another and start asking the harder question: what am I actually starving for?

Because until we name the true need, we keep feeding ourselves the wrong thing and wondering why we're never full.

In this session, we identify the soul-hunger beneath the surface craving. And we find what we call Holy Completion—the nourishment that actually satisfies the spirit, not just the impulse.

This is the shift from survival to self-actualization. From constantly managing symptoms to finally addressing the ache underneath.

You were never broken. You were just hungry for something the habit could never give you.

The Encore: May 3

This is where it all lands — the moment you stop circling your story and finally drop into what’s underneath it.

Here, we go beyond swapping one habit for another and get honest about what your soul is actually starving for: rest, purpose, connection, power, peace.

You’ll be guided through an activated breathwork journey and teaching session with Mandy Trapp — a living, breathing experience designed to move the craving out of your head and through your body, where real freedom begins.

Here’s the truth: the longer you wait, the louder the hunger gets.
Every “I’ll start next month” feeds the same cycle of striving and self‑betrayal that’s kept you stuck.

Once you finally name what you’re truly craving, the cycle breaks — and the healing begins.

This is your chance to stop fighting for small shifts and experience the full body exhale of real completion.
Don’t keep surviving your life when you could start inhabiting it.

This is the final step — your invitation to stop searching and start arriving.
The time is now.

Join us live — This is not another program.

It’s the breakthrough you’ve been begging for.

  • We begin April 30 – May 2, 2026.
But if you find us midway through — come anyway.
Spirit runs on divine timing, not deadlines ;)

  • Yes, and that’s the point. We love our guys AND, all of the major recovery programs have been built off of a masculine model. Women’s needs, desires, and spirits are different and this is an experiment to see what is truly possible when we speak directly to those cravings and heal them through the feminine lens.

  • This is a living, breathing experiment — not a static program — which means it’s meant to be experienced while it’s alive.
To keep the energy fresh and the momentum strong, you’ll have access to all session recordings for 30 days after we finish.

We encourage you to join the live sessions when you can or watch the recordings while the collective energy is still moving through the group — that’s when the deepest breakthroughs tend to happen.

This isn’t about leaving you behind; it’s about making sure you’re supported in real time, surrounded by women doing this work right alongside you. 💛

Your experiment starts NOW!
