And yet, within each of us lives another source of mothering—an inner well of compassion, safety, and unconditional love. When we learn to breathe into that place, we begin to heal not only our own wounds, but the wounds carried through generations of the motherline.

The Mother Within is a guided conscious connected breathwork journey devoted to healing and honoring the mother wound.
