The Strength Within is a guided conscious connected breathwork journey created to bring healing to the tender places where the father wound still lingers. In this ceremony, we use the breath as a bridge—allowing us to release old pain, soften inherited patterns, and reconnect with a source of strength and safety that has always been inside us.
