5 live guided meditations on Zoom each morning (with replays in a private student portal)

  • No, you don’t need to attend live to participate.
    Each session is held live on Zoom from 6:30–7:00am MST, but a recording will be sent to your inbox by noon each day.

    You’ll have access to all five replays through Friday, September 26, so you can watch—or revisit—the sessions on your own time, at your own pace.
    Whether you join live or tune in later, the experience is designed to support you wherever you are.

  • Each day will take about 15–20 minutes total. Just enough time to pause, reflect, and reconnect, without overwhelming your day.

  • Not at all. Rewired is beginner-friendly and fully guided, whether you’re new to meditation or returning to it after a break.

  • Here, there is no falling behind. You can watch the recordings on any day of the challenge at your own pace. This is to support your rhythm, not add pressure.

  • You can expect a noticeable shift, driven by simple practices, deeper awareness of your patterns, and a renewed sense of possibility—including the power to choose differently.

About Your Guide

Mandy Trapp

I’m a longtime teacher, and student, of what it means to come home to yourself—again and again.

My work weaves together meditation, breathwork, neuroscience, and grounded spiritual insight. I’ve spent over two decades walking with people through change, and what I know for sure is this: you’re not broken. You just need space to unlearn what’s hurting you, and relearn what heals.

My role isn’t to do the work for you, but to hold the flashlight while you walk your own path. And if this challenge feels like your next step, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
