A seasonal gathering for the solstices and equinoxes
Before there were pews, there was the sun. Before there were hymns, there was the breath.
Four times a year, we gather in person, in circle, to breathe together at the exact moment the earth is turning. The Winter Solstice marks the longest night — a time of going inward, releasing what no longer serves you, and planting the seed of what you're calling in. A two-hour immersive experience of conscious connected breathwork and meditation, no prior experience required.
